ההשתתפות בתוכנית הודעות ה-SMS היא וולונטרית.

אינה נדרשת לשליחת טופס יצירת הקשר;
אינה נדרשת לקבלת מידע או שירותים; וכן
אינה מהווה תנאי לרכישת טובין או שירותים כלשהם.
מסירת מספר טלפון נייד כשלעצמה אינה מהווה הסכמה לקבלת הודעות SMS או MMS.
משתמשים השולחים את טופס יצירת הקשר מבלי לסמן את תיבת הסימון להסכמה לקבלת הודעות SMS לא יצורפו לתוכנית הודעות ה-SMS של Yondi Group LLC.
Yondi Group LLC אינה רואה במסירת מספר טלפון, בפנייה בדוא"ל, בביקור באתר או בפנייה עסקית, כשלעצמם, הסכמה לקבלת הודעות SMS שיווקיות או הודעות טקסט חוזרות.
4.3 סוגי הודעות SMS
משתמשים שהצטרפו עשויים לקבל הודעות SMS או MMS בנושאי שירות לקוחות ושירות בנוגע ל:
מענה לפניות;
דיונים בנוגע לפרויקטים;
מידע שהתבקש;
קישורים לתצוגות מקדימות של אתרים;
הצעות והצעות מחיר;

Yondi Group LLC לא תשתמש בתוכנית הודעות שירות הלקוחות הזו לשליחת פרסומות שלא התבקשו ואינן קשורות.
4.4 תדירות ההודעות
תדירות ההודעות משתנה בהתאם לפנייה של הנמען, לסטטוס הפרויקט, לפגישות, לבקשות, לפעילות בחשבון ולאינטראקציות עם Yondi Group LLC.
בדרך כלל נמענים מקבלים כ-2 עד 8 הודעות בחודש, אף שהתדירות בפועל עשויה להשתנות.
4.5 תעריפי הודעות ונתונים
ייתכן שיחולו תעריפי הודעות ונתונים בהתאם לתוכנית השירות הסלולרית ולמפעיל הסלולר של הנמען.
Yondi Group LLC אינה אחראית לחיובים המוטלים על ידי מפעיל סלולר.
4.6 הוראות להסרה
נמענים יכולים להסיר את עצמם מקבלת הודעות SMS או MMS בכל עת על ידי השבת ההודעה:
STOP
נמענים יכולים גם להשתמש במילות מפתח נתמכות אחרות להסרה, לרבות:
CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL או REVOKE.
לאחר קבלת בקשת הסרה, Yondi Group LLC עשויה לשלוח הודעת אישור סופית אחת, המציינת כי הנמען הוסר מרשימת התפוצה.

מסירת ההודעות תלויה בזמינות המפעיל, בתנאי הרשת הסלולרית, בתאימות המכשיר ובגורמים אחרים שאינם בשליטת Yondi Group LLC.
אין ערובה למסירת הודעות SMS ו-MMS.
4.9 הצהרה על אי שיתוף מידע סלולרי והסכמה לקבלת הודעות SMS
שום מידע סלולרי לא ישותף עם צדדים שלישיים או עם חברות קשורות למטרות שיווק או קידום מכירות.
נתוני ההצטרפות וההסכמה של מקור הודעות הטקסט לא ישותפו, לא יימכרו, לא יושכרו, לא יועברו, לא יגולו ולא יימסרו בכל דרך אחרת לצדדים שלישיים, לחברות קשורות, למחוללי לידים, לסוחרי מידע או לגורמים אחרים למטרות השיווק או קידום המכירות שלהם.
Yondi Group LLC אינה מוכרת מספרי טלפון נייד, מידע סלולרי, רישומי הצטרפות להודעות SMS, רישומי הסכמה לקבלת הודעות SMS או נתוני הסכמה לקבלת הודעות.
Yondi Group LLC עשויה להיעזר בנותני שירותים מהימנים המעבדים מידע אך ורק מטעמנו, ורק ככל הנדרש להפעלת תוכנית ההודעות שלנו.
נותני שירותים אלה עשויים לכלול ספקי תקשורת, ספקי שירותי הודעות כגון Twilio, ספקי אחסון אתרים, ספקי מערכות לניהול קשרי לקוחות, ספקי מערכות לתיאום פגישות וספקי טכנולוגיה אחרים.
נותני שירותים אלה אינם מורשים להשתמש במידע סלולרי, בנתוני הצטרפות להודעות SMS או ברישומי הסכמה למטרות השיווק או קידום המכירות שלהם.
4.10 סיכום פרטיות בהודעות SMS
בהצטרפותם, המשתמשים מאשרים כי:
תדירות ההודעות משתנה;
ייתכן שיחולו תעריפי הודעות ונתונים;
ניתן להשיב STOP כדי להסיר את עצמכם;
ניתן להשיב HELP לקבלת סיוע;
ההסכמה אינה מהווה תנאי לרכישת טובין או שירותים כלשהם;
מידע סלולרי לא ישותף עם צדדים שלישיים או עם חברות קשורות למטרות שיווק או קידום מכירות;
נתוני הצטרפות להודעות SMS ורישומי הסכמה לא יימכרו, לא יושכרו, לא יועברו, לא יגולו ולא ישותפו למטרות שיווק של צדדים שלישיים; וכן

05כיצד אנו עשויים לגלות מידע אישי
5.1 נותני שירותים
אנו עשויים לגלות מידע אישי לספקים המבצעים שירותים אך ורק מטעם Yondi Group, לרבות ספקים של:
אחסון אתרים;
אחסון בענן;
אחסון ומשלוח דוא"ל;
תקשורת ושירותי הודעות;
ניהול קשרי לקוחות;
תיאום פגישות;
סליקת תשלומים;
